What Sets Us Apart

Most advisors bring one of these. We bring all three.

Forged inside the institutions that set the standard

Our impact and partnerships work was built inside the World Bank, UNHCR, and Microsoft — across real constraints and imperfect data, not textbook conditions.

Senior, principal-led

The people you meet are the people who do the work. Every engagement is led and delivered by principals — senior attention, start to finish.

Grounded in direct engagement

We engage directly with the communities and stakeholders involved from the beginning, so our recommendations reflect real conditions — and hold up in practice.

The result: institutional-grade rigor, senior attention, and advice that holds up in the real world.

About Avila Impact Partners

Talking to communities, not just about them

A specialist advisory turning development, inclusion, and infrastructure ambitions into lasting benefit.

Who We Are

The best strategies come from talking to communities and stakeholders directly — not just analyzing data about them.

That conviction is the premise Avila Impact Partners was founded on. We work across four connected practice areas — partnerships and stakeholder management, impact measurement, labor market integration and economic inclusion, and infrastructure development — but every engagement starts the same way: on the ground, in direct conversation.

Our principals bring over a decade of experience across the World Bank, UNHCR, and Microsoft — translating that engagement into results that hold up for the companies, governments, funders, and communities we serve.

Pillar 01

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

Build and convene the coalitions that make programs work.

Pillar 01

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

We design, build, and manage the partnerships and stakeholder relationships that determine whether a program succeeds — across companies, governments, funders, and communities.

The Problem

Ambitious programs stall when the right partners aren't aligned and stakeholders aren't genuinely bought in. Coordination is usually the hardest part of any initiative — and the most overlooked.

What We Do

We map, convene, and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships — from initial strategy through the ongoing relationship management that keeps coalitions working over time. This spans partnership design, stakeholder engagement, and the day-to-day coordination that holds complex initiatives together.

Why It Matters

Programs live or die on alignment. Getting the partnerships right is what turns intent into delivery.

Impact Measurement & M&E

Reporting that's credible to funders and useful to communities.

Pillar 02

Impact Measurement & M&E

We design impact measurement and M&E frameworks built on direct engagement with the people they're meant to serve — defensible to funders, and genuinely useful to clients.

The Problem

Most organizations need to prove real impact but lack the frameworks, stakeholder input, or data discipline to do it credibly. Frameworks built without engagement measure what's easy to count, not what actually matters to the people a program is meant to serve.

What We Do

We build measurement frameworks, results structures, and monitoring & evaluation systems (GRI/SDG-aligned where relevant), grounded in real stakeholder input — with hands-on implementation support where clients want it, including helping teams run the systems independently going forward.

Why It Matters

A framework built without engagement measures the wrong things convincingly. Grounding it in reality is what makes the data defensible to funders and genuinely useful to the client.

Labor Market Integration & Economic Inclusion

Turn the inclusion of migrants and displaced populations into shared value.

Pillar 03

Labor Market Integration & Economic Inclusion

We help companies, governments, and funders turn the economic inclusion of migrants and displaced populations into real value — for them and for their host communities.

The Problem

The economic inclusion of migrants and displaced populations is often treated as a burden to manage, rather than the labor-market and growth opportunity it can be — for lack of data and direct engagement with the people and markets involved.

What We Do

We conduct economic and policy analysis on labor market integration and economic inclusion — labor market access, program design, and policy — grounded in direct engagement, not desk research alone. This spans focused single-market studies through to standardized comparative work across multiple countries.

Why It Matters

Real inclusion is an investment in stronger labor markets and host communities — for private companies weighing labor supply, for governments and multilaterals designing policy, and for funders backing programs that need to work for everyone.

Pillar 04

Impact for Infrastructure Development

Deliver infrastructure that clears community risk and creates real benefit.

Pillar 04

Impact for Infrastructure Development

We advise developers, companies, and governments on delivering infrastructure — from data centers to renewable energy — that works technically and financially while creating genuine community benefit.

The Problem

Infrastructure projects — data centers, solar, battery storage, and more — stall or draw opposition when community engagement and local-government coordination aren't built into development from the start, but bolted on afterward.

What We Do

We help structure and deliver infrastructure with community and local-government coordination built in from day one — pairing technical delivery across the project lifecycle with genuine community engagement, so projects stay on track technically and financially.

Why It Matters

Projects grounded in community coordination from the start are more resilient, faster to deliver, and create lasting local benefit instead of one-off construction jobs.
